What is a campaign?

A campaign can be defined as a subscription list or specific marketing event (poll, sweepstakes, etc). A campaign typically utilizes a primary keyword, and you can setup unlimited secondary/alternate keywords. Voting campaigns include unlimited voting keywords and do not require a primary keyword.

How often will I be charged?

You will be charged each month on the same day of the month that you signed up for service or the last day of that month if that day does not occur that month (eg. February 30).

How will I be billed?

You credit card will be charged automatically once per month. You will receive an email with invoice details on your billing date.

Does the service require a long term commitment?

TextMe is a pay-as-you-go service. Use it as long as you'd like and cancel any time.

Are there any sign-up, termination, or other hidden fees?

There are no additional fees outside of the monthly service fees based on your plan and message usage.

What is your refund policy?

TextMe is a month-to-month pay as you go service so we don't provide refunds. You can cancel anytime and you are only responsible for charges already incurred. To cancel your account, visit the 'My Account' section while logged in.
